Emerson's 7th Scientist Party

I'm only slightly behind on this post, but better late then never.  This year, Emerson asked to do science experiments at his party so instead of hosting this shindig in my home, I outsourced it to the Museum of Discovery.  They did a great job of setting everything up and having it all organized.  Upon our arrival, all I had to do was set up the food table and party favors.

The experiments kept the kids attention, from flames of fire to smoke rings, the kids enjoyed watching the "mad scientist".

Even Adam got in on the experiments and volunteered to eat the Cheeto that had been soaked in liquid nitrogen at the boiling point which happened to make it super cold instead of very hot. The kids saw the smoke come out of his nostrils and thought it was pretty awesome.  However, Adam plans to never do that little trick again, since it burned his tongue cause it was so cold and it made his sensitive teeth hurt so, do not try this at home!;)

Time with friends was fun--running around the museum, playing with the exhibits and enjoying all the sugary goodness was a hit.  And the best part for this Momma here, was that I just threw stuff away and loaded a few items in my car---done and done, simple as that!
